Shipping Policy
1. Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 7-14 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During peak periods, dispatch times may slightly increase. We appreciate your patience.
2. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order by logging into your account or using the link provided in your confirmation email.
3. First-Time Orders
For security purposes, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a verified corporate address. Please ensure your billing address matches the one on your card statement to avoid delays

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may exercise your right to return products within 7 days of receiving them.
1. Returns Eligibility
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damages or Defects

4. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure your purchase decision is final befor
